We are hiring Nurse Practitioner to work in several of our busy outpatient Primary Care Clinics!

Candidate will Rotate as needed among 3 primary sites Salisbury, MD, Ocean Pines, MD, & Millsboro, DE)

Sees office patients and completes a thorough history and physical examination
Interprets laboratory and diagnostic tests
Develops treatment plans
See patients requiring same-day office visits
Returns phone calls of from patients
Handles prescription refills
Reviews radiographic reports and laboratory reports for abnormalities
Implements therapeutic intervention for specific conditions where appropriate
Exercise judgment on conditions requiring consultation, referral or evaluation by the supervising physician
Evaluates, screens and counsels patients on health maintenance and promote utilization of community resources
Perform quality assurance

Requirements:
The position will require a candidate that is comfortable with computers and computerized documentation. Candidate must also:
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and desire to provide top quality care
Work cooperatively/collaboratively as part of a team
Develop productive working relationships with a diverse group of people
The Nurse Practitioner candidate must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
Candidate must be certified and licensed in Maryland.
Candidate must have/maintain BCLS certification.
