Advanced Practice - Family Nurse Practitioner
Job Details:
Provide 32 hours of patient-facing care in a family practice clinic settingWork 1:1 with a Medical Assistant to help care for the panel and patients scheduled daily
Clinic is supported by one RN who performs medication refills per protocol, triage to patient messages, and supportive care to patients in clinic
Phlebotomist on site to perform EKGs and lab services
On-site Physical Therapy available to support patient care
Expected patient encounters of 16 patients per shift
BLS certification required
