JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: Active certification through NCCPA
• Licenses: Active unrestricted TN License, DEA w/ TN address
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA and CDS required (schedules 2,2N,3,3N,4 & 5)
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS
• Experience: Preferred 2 years of recent experience in the specialty. New Grads may be accepted depending on site needs.
• Other Qualifications: Documentation of MMR/Varicella vaccines or titers, Two-Step TB Test, Case Logs for past 2 years, CME/CEU in Preeclampsia-Eclampsia

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Perform patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
• Collaborate with attending physicians and specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all patient encounters accurately and timely in the EMR.
