Family Medicine APP opening in Oroville, WA Full-Time | Four-Day Work Week | Rural Primary Care | Loan Repayment A rural primary care clinic in Oroville, Washington is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide Family Medicine care in an autonomous practice setting with collaborative support. Opportunity Highlights:

- Team includes 1 physician, 1 experienced APP, MA-C support, and RN support
- Autonomous rural medicine role with collaborative backup

- Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Washington license or eligibility
- Family Medicine, Primary Care, Rural Health, or related outpatient experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with patients and families
- Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
- Comfortable practicing with autonomy in a rural medicine setting
- Interest in community-based care and rural primary care medicine
