We are seeking a Board-Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join an established employee health and primary care clinic serving employees and their dependents ages 6 and older.
Position Highlights
- Outpatient-only practice
- Average patient volume of 10-12 patients per day
- Collaborative environment with physician and MA support
- Focus on preventive care, wellness, and chronic disease management
- Opportunity to provide occupational health and workers' compensation services
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services for acute illnesses and chronic conditions
- Perform preventive visits, biometric screenings, and health coaching
- Conduct well-woman exams (required experience)
- Manage minor behavioral health concerns
- Evaluate and treat occupational health and workers' compensation cases
- Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices
Qualifications
- Board-Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Active New Jersey PA license
- Minimum 2 years of PA experience (excluding clinical rotations)
- Primary care experience within the last 2 years required
- BLS certification required
