Physician Assistant - Family Practice Opportunity - Olympia, WA Position OverviewMultiCare Health System is seeking a Physician Assistant - Family Practice or Family Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens assignment at Cooper Point Family and Internal Medicine in Olympia, WA. This is a maternity coverage position starting ASAP through January 2027.
Key Responsibilities
Primary care experience with all ages required. Candidates must be comfortable managing mental health patients. The role involves seeing approximately 18 patient encounters per shift in an outpatient clinic setting.
Schedule: 4x10s, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday; 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM with 30-minute lunch.
Candidate Requirements
License Required: Licensed in Washington state or IMLC eligible
Board Certification: Board certification eligible required; board certification on arrival not required
Certifications Required:
BLS (Red Cross or AHA) required ACLS requiredExperience: Primary care experience mandatory; no new graduates. Must be comfortable with mental health patient care.
Note: Permanent MultiCare providers are NOT eligible for locums contracts.
