Ready to bring your experience to a Pain Management practice that already runs at full speed? This independent hospital is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Pain Management team with full autonomy from day one. Step into an established caseload and referral network, seeing new patients, making diagnoses, and performing joint injections, nerve blocks, and other interventional pain procedures independently. Dedicated exam rooms with RN and MA support let you focus on patient care, not training or onboarding.
Position Highlights:
• Full autonomy from day one: see new patients, diagnose, and perform interventional procedures independently
• Established practice with a steady referral base and high patient volume, no ramp-up required
• Flexible schedule, including a 4-day work week option
• Excellent facilities with dedicated exam rooms and modern equipment
• Support staff includes a dedicated RN, MA, and medical technicians, freeing you to focus on complex cases
• Epic EMR
Compensation Details:
• Ongoing base salary plus wRVU production bonus, with total comp at or above the 85th percentile, reflecting your experience
• Signing bonus, CME stipend, and relocation expenses
• Generous PTO plus comprehensive benefits including retirement match
