Join a nationally recognized, mission-driven health system where you'll work just three 12-hour night shifts per week, with self-scheduling flexibility and the ability to cluster shifts for extended stretches of time off.
Practice/Organization Details:
• Work just three 12-hour shifts per week, providing four days away from scheduled clinical responsibilities
• Self-scheduling model gives you greater control over when you work and how you structure your month
• Cluster shifts together to create extended stretches of time off without using PTO
• Fixed night schedule provides consistency and predictability without rotating between days and nights
• Practice at the region's only Level I Trauma Center and leading tertiary referral hospital
• Manage an average overnight census of approximately 8-15 patients per APP
• Join a robust Critical Care team of 14 physicians, 12 Pulmonary Fellows, and a growing team of APPs
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive compensation up to $73.10/hour plus productivity incentives
• $10,000 sign-on bonus with a minimal one-year commitment
• Comprehensive benefits including generous PTO, CME allowance and paid CME time, insurance coverage, and retirement benefits
