Full Time | Family Medicine
Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide float coverage across primary care clinics in West Phoenix, Arizona.
Position Highlights:
Float position supporting multiple primary care locations
Provide comprehensive family medicine across the lifespan

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Family Nurse Practitioner certification
Active Arizona RN and Advanced Practice licenses
DEA certification
Current BLS certification
Valid Arizona driver's license
Strong communication and patient care skills
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Community health experience preferred
