A community-focused healthcare program in Springfield is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to join an established Healthcare for the Homeless team providing compassionate, full-spectrum primary care services to underserved adult populations.
This opportunity combines outpatient and telehealth care with leadership responsibilities in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment focused on addressing behavioral health, substance use, and barriers to care.

* One Full-Time NP (40 hours/week)
* One Part-Time NP (20 hours/week)

Qualifications
* Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
* Active Massachusetts APRN license
* DEA X Waiver required

* Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus
