Job description Nurse Practitioner Opportunity – Healthcare for the Homeless Program Location: Springfield, MA Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available, permanent position --- Position Overview A community-focused healthcare program in Springfield is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to join an established Healthcare for the Homeless team providing compassionate, full-spectrum primary care services to underserved adult populations.
