Seeking Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join outpatient primary care practice in Edmeston, New York
Position Highlights:
Outpatient family medicine practice
Join established team including 1 part-time physician and 4 advanced practice clinicians
Full-spectrum patient population including pediatric, adolescent, and adult care

Responsibilities:
Provide outpatient primary care services across the lifespan
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform preventive care and wellness visits
Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice team members
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification required
Active New York license or ability to obtain
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation range: $117,000 - $145,000
Sign-on bonus up to $50,000
