Overview:
* Seeking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
* Multiple practice locations available (Cortland, Cicero, or specialty clinic)
* Provide direct patient care for new and established patients
* Order and interpret labs, tests, and medications
* Review medical records and coordinate follow-up care
* Deliver patient education to support treatment plans and outcomes
* Work within a collaborative, patient-focused care environment
* EMR: Medent (experience preferred, not required)
