We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join a collaborative SNF care team in Seattle, Washington. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to provide patient-centered geriatric care in a structured environment with strong physician support and a focus on quality outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct patient evaluations, examinations, and follow-ups
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies
• Develop and manage treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe medications and therapies within scope
• Coordinate referrals and multidisciplinary care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
• Active Washington state license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA certification required
• SNF or geriatrics experience preferred
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
