Job Details

• Pay: $136,000-158,000/Yr
• Job Incentives: Productivity Incentive Compensation Medical, Dental and Vision 403(b) with a maximum match of 6% (match depends on years of experience in the healthcare field) Employer paid life insurance at 1x your annual rate of salary Employer paid long and Short-term disability, EAP 4 weeks of PTO 5-weeks paid time-of this consists of (4) 40 hour PTO weeks and (1) 40 hour CME week and $5,000 allowance and professional memberships per calendar year (which shall be prorated for any partial year worked by Provider) for costs and expenses related to provider's CME, including lodging, meals and travel incurred to attend CME courses.
