* Physician Assistant (PA) / Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Primary Care
* Join an established primary care team in a collaborative, team-based outpatient setting
* Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care services
* Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
* Deliver preventive care, routine screenings, and wellness visits
* Support continuity of care and expand patient access within the community
* Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
* Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
* Contribute to practice growth and community health efforts
* Qualifications
* Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
* NCCPA certification (PA) or national board certification (NP)
* Active or eligible North Carolina medical license
* DEA certification
* Preferred Experience
* Background in primary care or family medicine
* Interest in rural or community-based healthcare
* Strong commitment to team-based, patient-focused care
