### Locums | NP/PA – Family Medicine | Scheduled Clinical Hours | Ferndale, CA ### Why This Role

- Long-term ongoing coverage opportunity ### Assignment Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours
- Setting: Outpatient
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a–5p
- EMR: Epic
- Patients per Day: 18 (minimum)
- Credentialing: 30–90 days
- Will accept multiple providers: No ### Requirements
- Board Certified/Eligible NP or PA
- Active CA license
- BLS
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar setting
- DEA required prior to start
- NP: Furnishing license with Schedule II
- PA: CA Controlled Substance Education Certificate
- Clean history preferred ### Clinical Details
- Outpatient family medicine
- Mix of pediatric and adult patients
- Preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits
- Chart closure within 72 hours
- Supported by RN and 2 MAs
- No call, no inpatient responsibilities ### Compensation
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel/Lodging: Assistance available (consult site)
