Setting: On site Employee Health Clinic
Patient population: Children and Adults
Duties: Primary Care/Family Medicine
Requirements: Active NY license, BLS, DEA, and at least 2 years of experience as an Advanced practice provider. Must be able to see all ages.
EMR: Epic
Monday-Friday 7:00A-4:30P
