We are seeking a highly skilled Hematology/Oncology Physician Assistant to support and expand our compassionate, patient-centered care approach. Key Responsibilities include assisting with patient evaluations, developing treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, performing procedures, and ensuring comprehensive patient care throughout their treatment journey. The role offers a Monday through Friday, 8-hour daytime schedule (09:00 - 17:30), starting May 18, 2026.

Required Skills:
- Valid State Physician Assistant License and certification (PA-C)
- Current DEA registration
- Proven experience in hematology and/or oncology settings
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in EHR systems and clinical documentation
Nice to Have Skills:
- BLS or ACLS certification
- Prior experience with chemotherapy administration and patient education
- Knowledge of supportive care medications and therapies
- Fluency in additional languages
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hematology/oncology environment
Other Requirements:
- Ability to travel for occasional training or team meetings if required
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development
- Willingness to adhere to all safety and compliance protocols
