- Work dates needed: As soon as credentialed-Ongoing long term
- Setting: Outpatient Health Clinic. There are 2 locations that are about 15 minutes apart. The provider will work at the first location 1-2 days per week and then 3 days at the other location.
- Hours 8:00A-5:00P
- Patient population: A mix of Peds and Adults. Approximately 16 Patients per day
- Scope of work: Family Medicine, well women Care, IUD insertion/Removal, chronic disease management
- Support Staff: 1 RN, 2MA's 1 Physician on site as well as an additional APP
- Requirements: Active CA license, BLS,DEA and at least 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider
- EMR: Epic
- Weekly pay via direct deposit, malpractice coverage, paid travel, and lodging
