Laboratory Assistant

Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within the clinical laboratory or related specialty
- Proven phlebotomy skills with the ability to collect blood from at least 10 patients per hour
- Hospital laboratory experience preferred
- Ability to quickly and accurately move between patients, maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certification in Phlebotomy
- Experience with laboratory equipment and processing procedures
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in laboratory procedures or phlebotomy preferred
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting within the last 2 years
Other Requirements:
- Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Tuesday through Thursday, for a 13-week assignment
- Must be available to start on 04/13/2026
- Ability to adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols relevant to clinical laboratory work
- Willingness to travel or receive reimbursements for licensure, certification, or related expenses if applicable
