🕒 Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts/week (Monday–Friday with alternating Mondays & Fridays off)

🏥 Position Overview

We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a Family Practice setting in Vinita, OK. This is a great opportunity to work in a modern, well-equipped facility serving a diverse patient population.

The Vinita Health Center is a 94,000-square-foot facility, expanded in 2012 to provide comprehensive care as part of the Cherokee Nation health system.

👩‍⚕️ Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to adult and pediatric patients (all ages)

• Manage 15–20 patients per day (routine & acute care)

• Deliver care in a low-acuity, outpatient clinic setting

• Maintain accurate documentation (Cerner preferred)

• Participate in training, meetings, and medical record completion

📋 Requirements

• Active Oklahoma License

• Board Certified (PA or NP)

• BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA required)

• Experience in Family Practice / Primary Care

• Ability to manage care across all age groups

• Must provide case logs during orientation

📑 Required Documents

• Driver’s License or Passport

• OIG & SAM clearance

• HCP Questionnaire

• 3–5 professional references (at least 3 supervisory)

• DD214 (if applicable for military candidates)
