A well-established primary care practice in Allston, MA is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to join a collaborative, patient-centered care team. Position Details
Located in Allston, MA; Boston 12m
Full-time outpatient primary care position
Open to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
Collaborative team including one physician and two APPs
Modern clinical technology to streamline workflows and reduce administrative burden
Focus on high-quality, patient-first care
Clinical Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Conduct Annual Wellness Visits and develop personalized treatment plans
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Collaborate with specialists to ensure coordinated care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Leverage technology for efficient patient care and documentation
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range approximately $120,000 – $225,000 depending on experience and productivity

Requirements
Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program with current certification and licensure
