An established primary care practice in Tucson, Arizona is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative and patient-focused care team. Position Details
Full-time outpatient Primary Care position
Open to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
Established and growing primary care practice
Collaborative team environment with physician and APP support

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population
Conduct physical examinations and diagnose medical conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans
Provide preventive care and patient health education
Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Order and interpret diagnostic testing
Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range approximately $115,000 – $200,000 depending on experience and productivity

Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Current certification and licensure required
At least one year of clinical experience preferred, ideally in primary care
