Location: Roswell, NM
Type: Full-Time (4 Days Per Week)

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a post-acute care team in the Roswell, New Mexico area. This role focuses on rounding in skilled nursing facilities while working within a supportive clinical environment that offers strong autonomy and flexible scheduling.
Position Highlights:
Full-time schedule working 4 days per week
Rounding in skilled nursing facilities
Supportive clinical leadership and training resources
High degree of autonomy in patient care
Flexible schedule to support work-life balance
No primary night call
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments including medical history and physical exams
Develop and manage individualized patient care plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation and medical records
Qualifications:
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Eligible for New Mexico NP or PA licensure
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Team-oriented with ability to work independently
Compensation & Benefits:
Fee-for-service compensation model
Expected annual compensation: $102,000 – $121,000 with uncapped productivity income potential
