Schedule: Full-Time | Three 12-hour shifts per week
Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 7 days per week
Compensation: $60–$80/hour (based on experience) + bonus
Benefits: Full benefits package available for eligible full-time clinicians
Position Overview
NextCare Urgent Care is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our full-time clinical team in Greeley, Colorado.
This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who enjoy autonomy, variety, and practicing in a fast-paced urgent care environment while maintaining strong work-life balance.
A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care is required.

Providers treat a broad patient population with generally low-to-moderate acuity conditions, allowing clinicians to utilize a wide range of diagnostic and procedural skills without inpatient responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting
• Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies including labs and imaging
• Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing, splinting, and wound care
• Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the EHR
• Code and bill services appropriately
• Maintain productivity consistent with urgent care benchmarks
• Practice in alignment with NextCare clinical standards and values
Required Qualifications
• Active, unrestricted Colorado NP or PA license
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care required
• NP: Family Nurse Practitioner certification (ANCC or AANP required)
• PA: NCCPA certification required
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain
• Ability to treat patients of all ages
• Active BLS certification
• EHR proficiency
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays
• DOT certification required or willingness to obtain (fees covered)
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior urgent care or emergency medicine experience
• Strong procedural skills including suturing, splinting, and wound care
• Experience with initial X-ray interpretation prior to radiology over-read
