Physician Associate (PA-C) – Integrative Medicine | Delmar, NY
Outpatient opportunity with a predictable Monday–Friday schedule (24–32 hours/week) — no nights, weekends, or on-call. Join a well-established integrative medicine practice focused on treating complex chronic illnesses, including Lyme disease and other tick-borne infections.
Provide patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team in a supportive outpatient environment.
Job Responsibilities
Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and clinical staff
Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and long-term health
Maintain clear, accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team
