Position Details
- Primary Care & Occupational Health
- NY license required
- Certifications: Board certification, DEA, BLS (hands-on preferred), DOT cert (or exam date)
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years FNP experience
- Must be comfortable with well-woman exams
- Note on cover letter: experience with workers comp & DOT physicals
Type of Need
- Interim coverage
- Start: 3/16/26
- End: 5/29/26
Schedule
- 40 hrs/week
- Mon/Fri 7–4, Tue/Thu 8–5, Wed 10–7
- No call
Travel
- Lodging & mileage reimbursed for W2 travelers (standard W2 rate only)
Clinical Environment
- Primary care & occ health for employees/dependents (ages 2+)
- Avg 10–14 pts/day
- EMR: Athena
