Overview

We are seeking for Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA) to join a collaborative outpatient practice in Ferndale, CA. This opportunity focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while working within a supportive, team-based healthcare environment.

Practice Highlights

• Outpatient primary care setting
• Integrated care model including medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services

Candidate Requirements

NP/PA:
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current California License – REQUIRED
• Board Certification – REQUIRED
• DEA License & CPR Certification – REQUIRED

• Outpatient-focused schedule
• After-hours call rotation shared with team
• Strong emphasis on work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits

NP / PA Salary:
• $148,627 – $168,553 annually
