Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Opportunity – Community Health Center
Location: Soldotna, AK - Anchorage 150m

Clinical Responsibilities
* Evaluate and treat patients within scope of practice and clinical privileges
* Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients of all ages
* Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers when referrals are needed
* Advocate for patients and support health promotion and disease prevention initiatives
* Provide appropriate follow-up care to ensure continuity of treatment
* Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record
* Follow established clinical standards and community health guidelines

Candidate Requirements
* Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification
* Board Certified or Board Eligible
* Active Alaska license or eligibility for licensure
* Minimum three years of clinic experience preferred
* Ability to work independently with physician supervision and collaboration
