A rapidly growing, high-volume neurosurgical & orthopedic clinic is opening a brand-new location in Volusia County, FL and is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their team.

Position Highlights

• Full-Time | 5 Days On-Site

• Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Patient focus: Orthopedic & neurosurgical cases (personal injury population)

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Salary: $120,000 – $135,000

• Strong long-term earning potential

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct patient evaluations (ortho + neuro focus)

• Interpret diagnostics (MRIs, X-rays, CTs)

• Develop and manage treatment plans alongside physicians

• Perform procedures such as:

  • Joint injections

  • Casting & splinting

  • Wound care

• Educate patients on recovery and care plans

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• PA or APRN (NP) – Licensed in Florida

• Orthopedic experience REQUIRED (extremities preferred)

• Minimum 1–2+ years experience

• Ability to read and interpret MRIs

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

• Strong communication skills (including interaction with legal/PI stakeholders)
