Job description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our primary care team in Philadelphia, PA. The successful candidate will provide high-quality medical care to patients, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver comprehensive primary care services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and obtain medical histories.
- Perform physical examinations and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and assist in managing patient treatment.
- Provide counsel and education to patients and their families on preventive health care and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with medical laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current PA state license and certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Experience in primary care or a related field is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to healthcare delivery.
