We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our thriving outpatient primary care practice in a beautiful, state-of-the-art facility located just 45 minutes from Providence, RI, and south of Boston.
We have opportunities for:
- Experienced Primary Care APPs with 2+ years of outpatient experience who can independently manage their own patient panel
- Newer APPs or those without outpatient experience to serve as a Collaborating APP, working closely with an experienced physician or advanced practice provider

Requirements:
- Current NP or PA license in Massachusetts (or eligibility)
- For Independent Role: Minimum 2 years’ outpatient primary care experience managing own patient panel
- For Collaborating Role: Willingness to work under supervision while developing skills in outpatient care
