Floating Family Med NP/PA opening in Phoenix Metro
Located in Goodyear, AZ - Phoenix 20m
Full-time, permanent position
Must be able to travel to all 9 locations - Buckeye, Gila Bend, Goodyear, Mesa, Peoria, Surprise, West Phoenix, (Central Phoenix - 2 locations)
Bilingual in English/Spanish Preferred
2+ Years of Experience Required
Overview:
* EMR: NextGen
* Clinic uses Ambient AI to save providers a significant amount of time
* Comprehensive sites at Mesa, Goodyear, Surprise and West Phoenix include onsite services in Primary Care, OBGYN, Mental Health, Dentistry, Dieticians and In-house Labs
* Expected 20-25 patients per day
* Competitive compensation
* Incentive pay, based on productivity
* $10k stipend in addition to the salary
* Incentive bonus for any visits above expectation per month is $33 per visit
* 5 weeks of paid time off annually: (200 hours PTO, 2 service days) (pro-rated for FTE)
* 10 paid holidays annually
* 40 hours of Continuing Medical Education (CME) and up to $2,500/year (pro-rated for FTE)

Primarily responsible for providing comprehensive primary health care services through the identification, management and/or referral of the health problems and the maintenance of the clients health by means of preventive care and health promotion. Will perform assignments which can vary from routine to exceptional in nature and are carried out with minimal guidance in accordance with clinic office practices and procedures. Will comply with organization and department policies.

Essential Skills and Experience:
* Graduate from an approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
* Nurse Practitioner certificate issued by the Arizona Board of Nursing.
* Valid Arizona Registered Nurse license.
* Valid Arizona Advanced Practice license or Physician Assistant license.
* Valid DEA certificate.
* Demonstrated understanding of clinical methods and techniques.
* Ability to meet and deal effectively with clients, associates, and the general public.
