Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Sunday | 3 x 12-hour shifts per week | No On-Call
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join our healthcare team near Lawrenceville, GA. This role focuses on primary and urgent care, providing comprehensive services for patients of all ages. The position offers a balanced schedule, low patient volume, and strong clinical support, with no on-call requirements.
You will care for both scheduled appointments and walk-in patients, delivering preventive, acute, and ongoing care, including well visits, sick visits, medication management, and treatment of minor injuries.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop appropriate care plans
- Perform well visits, sick visits, and routine physicals
- Manage medications, including prescribing and monitoring effectiveness
- Diagnose and treat minor injuries and illnesses
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients and families on preventive care, medical conditions, and treatments
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid Physician Assistant license in the state of Georgia
- Experience in primary care or urgent care
- Ability to work independently and make informed clinical decisions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
