💼 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning

• Prescribe and manage medications within scope of practice

• Deliver preventive, primary, and ongoing health maintenance care

• Perform physical exams, review vitals, and evaluate medical histories

• Educate patients on disease processes, prevention, medications, and adherence

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including behavioral health and wellness staff

✅ Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• Active California NP or PA license

• Current DEA registration

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience

• Clinical experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics
