Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider Opportunity

Position Overview
This outpatient Family Medicine opportunity is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative primary care practice. The role supports comprehensive patient care across the lifespan and includes participation in a team-based environment with a residency program.
Practice Highlights
* Established outpatient family medicine practice
* Team-based care model with physician collaboration

* Predictable weekday schedule with limited weekend coverage
Clinical Responsibilities
* Obtain comprehensive patient histories and perform physical examinations
* Order and interpret diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
* Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans
* Prescribe medications in accordance with state laws and policies
* Provide counseling, education, and preventive care
* Make appropriate referrals and coordinate care
* Assess and interpret age-specific patient data
* Participate in departmental process improvement initiatives
* Serve on departmental or institutional committees as assigned
Schedule Details
* Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
* Rotating Saturday clinic coverage

Candidate Qualifications
*Nurse Practitioner*
* Master’s-prepared graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
* Current Florida RN and APRN licensure
* Family Nurse Practitioner certification
*Physician Assistant*
* Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
* Current NCCPA certification
* Florida PA licensure
Additional Requirements
* Minimum of 1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
* BLS certification required at start date
* Strong verbal, written, and computer skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team-based clinical environment
