We are seeking a dedicated NP or PA to provide comprehensive, geriatric-focused care in skilled nursing facilities in Seattle, WA. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with multidisciplinary teams while delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to residents. Job Responsibilities
• Obtain detailed medical histories and perform physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Order, interpret, and document labs and diagnostic studies
• Prescribe medications and therapies
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with supervising physicians
• Educate residents and families on care plans and preventive health
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation
• Work onsite daily with SNF care teams
Qualifications
• Master’s or Doctorate degree as NP or PA
• Active Washington license (or ability to obtain)
• Board Certified
• Experience in geriatrics, primary care, or SNF setting preferred
Working Hours
Full-time | Monday–Friday | Day shifts
