Job Title: Physician Assistant – Primary Care
Location: Cliffside, NJ
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our primary care team in Cliffside, NJ. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care under the supervision of a licensed physician in a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments, including physical exams and health histories
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Develop and implement patient management plans
- Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Active New Jersey PA license
- NCCPA certification
- Prior experience in primary care preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Spanish – required
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
