Physician Assistant – Primary Care (Concierge Practice)
Location: Richmond, VA 23238
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our concierge primary care practice in Richmond, Virginia. This role focuses on delivering personalized, high-quality care with an emphasis on preventive medicine, wellness, and long-term patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform well visits, sick visits, and medication management
- Conduct comprehensive physical exams and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement patient care and management plans
- Coordinate referrals to specialists
- Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and disease management
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical team members
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Active Virginia PA license
- NCCPA certification
- Primary care experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
