Our clinicians enjoy true work-life balance — no after-hours charting, flexible scheduling, and monthly schedules released in advance. Full-time providers are scheduled three 12-hour shifts per week, meaning more days off than on.
You’ll be supported by experienced clinical teams, clear practice guidelines, and accessible medical leadership who provide real-time guidance and mentorship. Patient volume is engaging but generally low-acuity, allowing you to keep skills sharp without inpatient pressure.
