Job description
• Physician Assistant required to provide comprehensive primary care services under physician supervision in an integrated care setting.
Job Responsibilities
• Prescribe and manage medications
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Conduct physical exams and review medical histories
• Provide preventive, behavioral, and community health care
• Patient education and counseling
• Coordinate referrals with subspecialists
• Collaborate with behavioral health and care teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation and quality improvement activities
Qualifications
• Licensed Physician Assistant in California
• Active DEA registration
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Knowledge of family/internal medicine or pediatrics
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Tagalog, Farsi, or Vietnamese)
Working Hours
• Includes after-hours on-call rotation
