A growing PE firm is currently looking for an Assistant Controller to start immediately. This role will offer exposure to Investor Relations and work closely with their Senior Leadership.
Job Description:
Compensation : $50 - $70 Job ID : 42593
Job Function:
Process and track fund capital calls, invoices, and cash movements.
Perform daily bank reconciliations and assist the CFO with monthly and quarterly reporting, including general ledger reconciliations.
Coordinate capital calls and investor distributions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with fund administrators and third-party service providers to ensure seamless day-to-day fund operations.
Maintain accurate investor records and transaction tracking.
Support investor onboarding, including subscription document reviews and AML/KYC processes.
Coordinate investor wire instructions and responses to due diligence questionnaires (DDQs).
Job Requirements:
2+ Years of Fund Accounting Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience in Private Equity (PE) or Fund of Funds (FoF) accounting strongly preferred.
