A well-established, physician-led multispecialty group in southeastern Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a busy Family Medicine practice. This is a full-time Monday-Friday position with strong clinical support and no after-hours responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage an independent patient panel under a collaborative practice agreement
• Coordinate care with onsite specialists and diagnostic services
• Use eClinicalWorks EHR (voice recognition/AI dictation available)
• Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care
Qualifications
• DEA license
• Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration
• 1-3 years of primary care experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and clinical confidence
• Portuguese language skills strongly preferred
