NextCare Urgent Care is seeking a Part-Time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Victoria, Texas.

Position Highlights

Part-time opportunity

Minimum commitment of 4 shifts per month

12-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM)

Rotating weekend and holiday coverage, scheduled with flexibility

Assigned to a home clinic, possibility to float to nearby locations based on coverage needs

Supportive clinical leadership and strong operational support
Clinical Responsibilities

Provide urgent care services to patients of all ages

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute illnesses and minor injuries

Perform common urgent care procedures

Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
-
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support high-quality patient care
Qualifications

Active Texas PA or NP license (or ability to obtain)

National board certification
-
DEA license (or willingness to obtain)
-
Minimum of 1 year of urgent care or comparable clinical experience strongly preferred

Comfortable practicing independently in a fast-paced environment
