Job Description:
Compensation : $95000 - $100000 Job ID : 38464
Job Function:
- Provide the proper guidance and management to the Accounting team.
- Directly oversee AP, AR, Financial Reporting, and other key functions.
- Work closely with both the CFO and VP of Finance to establish and oversee key internal controls in accordance within SOX.
- Closely monitor financial statements and disclosures to ensure they are in accordance with US GAAP and in compliance with SEC accounting regulations.
- Suggest new software systems and processes as necessary, and improve incumbent systems and processes as needed.
- Maintain a strong relationship with the outside CPA firm.
Job Requirements:
10 years of progressive experience in accounting and controllership roles.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance is required.
Experience working for a publicly owned company is essential.
