Provide comprehensive primary care services in a collaborative, team-based outpatient setting focused on prevention, acute care, and chronic disease management.
Job Responsibilities
• Patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Prescribing medications and ordering/interpreting diagnostics
• Patient education and care coordination
• Accurate EMR documentation
Qualifications
• Active NY license and DEA (or ability to obtain)
• BLS/ACLS certification
• Clean malpractice history
Working Hours
• Choice of 4 or 5-day work week
