💰 Compensation

$120,000 – $130,000 base salary
➕ Up to $5,000 annual productivity & quality bonus

🗓 Schedule

• Choose 4 or 5 regular-length days per week

• No nights or weekends

🩺 What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care including wellness visits, acute care, and chronic disease management

• Perform patient assessments, exams, and diagnoses using evidence-based guidelines

• Prescribe and manage medications and treatment plans

• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies

• Educate patients on preventive care, lifestyle, and disease management

• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and care teams

• Document in EMR and support population health & quality initiatives

🎓 What We’re Looking For

• PA or NP degree from an accredited program

• Board Certified (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)

• Active New York license

• DEA (or ability to obtain)

• BLS/ACLS

• Clean malpractice history
