Job description
We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health APP to provide locum services in Fort Collins, CO. Coverage is needed Feb 2025and ongoing for 3 months.
Job Details:
- Setting: Clinic inside of a homeless shelter
- Shift/Schedule Details: 8-5, M-F
- Patient Volume: 12 per day
- Support Team: One MA and one RN. A therapist and case manager are also available to help with referrals, therapy and other client needs
- Skills/Procedures/Required Case Types: Needs to be able to do physical medicine, some wound management, manage behavioral health and substance use (sometimes active intoxication)
Requirements:
- State License: Colorado
- Board-Certification: BC/BE
