Were seeking a caring and experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality primary care for an adult/senior population. Join a collaborative team focused on strong patient relationships, preventative care, and meaningful outcomes.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care in a collaborative clinical model
Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
Order and interpret diagnostic studies; develop individualized treatment plans
Coordinate care with specialists to ensure continuity
Maintain accurate, detailed clinical documentation in the EMR
Requirements
Active Nurse Practitioner licensure (or ability to obtain in Florida)
1"3+ years of primary care experience preferred
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient relationship skills
EMR proficiency and a team-oriented mindset
