Position Overview:
Full-Time
Day Shift
Develops a plan of care within scope of practice of the nurse practitioner utilizing written protocols to ensure quality patient care.
Uses prescriptive authority, procedures, referrals, treatments, and theories in accordance with state/federal laws and regulations.
Enhances quality and effectiveness of nursing practice.
Interacts with and contributes to the professional development of peers and colleagues.
Provides clinical leadership.
Supports life long learning.
Completes assigned goals.
Requirements:
Minimum Required: ~ Current certification - nurse practitioner
~ 1 year clinical experience functioning in the nurse practitioner role in a primary care setting
~ Either a Masters or Doctoral level as a nurse practitioner.
~ Computer literate
Preferred/Desired: ~ Training
